Hello  & Thank you for visiting my page!

I’m Christina, and this blog- Justbluedutch is my inspirational hobby about my Expat Life.

I found a soft spot in internet when I  caught  the blogging bug early  this year. Half of my  life now  is spent as an Expat and I love writing about this whole new experience. Coming from one of the hottest place in the world, I worked & live in Kuwait for  almost 8 years and now braving our European dreams. Based now in Bavaria, the southern part of Germany , loving the brezel and eating currywurst like a local.  I share my Expat lifestyle & wanderlust  with my Dutch husband and my Third Culture daughter, Natalie . I wrote much about her and my experiences being a new Expat Mama &  in ‘Raising Natalie ‘.

I’m wondering what would she say to me  on the day when she would read about herself in this Blog someday. I love everything about diversity, multiculturalism, discovering  local sightings, embracing new cultures & the  off- the- beaten paths  in every place we visit. I wrote them randomly in my  Wandertags.

I am a lover of Architecture, Arts, digital photography and  besides Music, I go crazy with Nature and island-hopping. One of my favorite mantra is of Ludwig Mies Van De Rohe’s manifesto:  ” Less Is More”. This has been my approach to life since then. I try my best to live in simplicity everyday and I’m still a work-in-progress.

I believe that Life can really be beautiful if we just make it simple, then it could be More.

Don’t stop exploring … It adds vigor to life.

Hey, you’ve reached this far, thank you for reading. But if you have more time to waste then let us be friends, make sure to follow my Expat Life adventures in my Twitter, or  you can follow my Life in Photos in my   Instagram Page.
